Guest Liability Waiver

Each guest, for themselves and on behalf of their minor children accept and agree to the following as conditions precedent for any use of the Ginger Quill Ranch premises:

The Ginger Quill Ranch is operated as a working cattle ranch and a recreational facility. Inherent dangers and hazards exist because of such property uses and the presence of livestock;
The Ginger Quill Ranch makes no assurances that the premises are safe for any purpose;
Guests, on their own behalf and on behalf of their minor children hereby release the Ginger
Quill Ranch Corporation from any claim whatsoever for property damage, personal injury or wrongful death arising out of use or occupancy of the Ginger Quill Ranch or Improvements located thereon or from the presence of any livestock; and
The Guest shall assume primary responsibility for any claim for property damage, personal injury or wrongful death caused by any act or omission of the Guest, member of the Guest’s family or individuals accompanying such guests.
Any injury on ranch premises must be reported to the Caretaker within 24 hours.

This waiver must be submitted electronically prior to your time at Ginger Quill Ranch. For frequent guests, this waiver may be submitted for a period of up to one year.
